Imagine with me, your computer or an appliances that is still, sluggish, stuck, not working at full capacity. Even our bodies or minds can get this way. Our minds get in a fog. Our bodies feel sluggish. Any one wake up in the morning and wish you could get rebooted? That’s the first response right? Unplug it, restart it, rest it, or nourish it. Many things in life need a reboot. Our Spirit is no different. In truth the nation, the church and individuals need a Jesus reboot. We live in a nation and world that no longer values, life, family, traditional values, God, the church etc. The church has watered down the gospel to try and appeal to younger generations and so forth.
We need a realignment, refocus, a reboot to prepare us to reach this world.
The world is preparing for the anti-Christ. The Church needs to be filling our oil lambs to share Christ.
In this blog I want to share with you the “7 I AM’s of Jesus”. This will help us to refocusing on the person and identity of Christ. Our reboot, refocus, and refreshment will come as we understand the identity of Christ.
I AM the Bread of Life.
Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst.-John 6:35
The people wanted another miracle to get free food. Jesus is saying that He is true nourishment.
“It is written, “‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”-Matt 4:4

Question-Are you partaking of the bread of life? OR are you eating junk food? Social media, Entertainment, News, gossip, etc. You can’t reach your neighbors with bread if your staving.
I AM the Light of the World
Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”- John 8:12
Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”- John 8:12
The one “I AM” he equates to us. You and I are to carry on his light bringing illumination to others.
“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.- Matt 5:14-16
We are to be salt and light. Salt makes things better. Light makes things brighter.
Q. In your workplace or your family? Are you making things better and brighter or do you conform to “the way things are”?

I AM the Good Shepherd.
John 10: 4-11
He attributes to himself a title that David gave to the Lord in Psalm 23:1. Jesus also alludes in John 10 about being the author of abundant life to Psalm 23:6. Look at the similarities.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.”-Psalms 23:1-6 NKJV
I AM the Resurrection and the Life
First of all this is a promise for everlasting life to those who believe in His grace. But I believe His power is available to us today.
Jesus is in you with resurrection power. Some need to be like Ezekiel and start prophesying to those dry bones and tapping into the resurrection power of Christ.
(as it is written, “I have made you a father of many nations” ) in the presence of Him whom he believed—God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did;-Romans 4:17
It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it.- Isaiah 55:11 NLT
